Sermon - Releasing The Anointing - Anointing of the Holy Spirit

The “anointing” refers to the presence and power of the Holy Spirit upon a person empowering that person to do what God has assigned them to do. We recognize that the same Holy Spirit who was on Jesus is on us. The anointing is tangible, transmittable and transferable. In part-6 we list several ways the anointing can be released through us:
1, the presence and the power of the Holy Spirit flows out of your spirit
2, the Holy Spirit releases His power to flow out of us into others affecting change
3, spoken words can be used to release the anointing
4, the ministry of the word can be used to release the anointing
5, laying on of hands can be used to release the anointing
6, cloth (handkerchiefs, aprons, etc.) can be used to release the anointing
7, cloaks and mantles can be used to release the anointing
8, people touching the anointed person can be used to release the anointing
9, anointing with oil can be used to release the anointing
10, worship and music can release the anointing
11, intercessory prayer can be a channel to release the anointing
12, being in prophetic or Spirit-filled company can release the anointing
13, God can use unusual methods to release the anointing
14, distance is not a limiting factor in the release of the anointing
15, the anointing can cover an entire area (room, space, region, etc.)

The Holy Spirit is willing, are we desiring and ready?

Releasing the anointing – practical steps
1, stir yourself up (if needed)
2, clear out blockages in your soul
3, out of your position in God, release the Spirit's power by faith
4, flow freely in your gifting and function expecting the anointing to flow
5, manifest the gifts the Holy Spirit releases and expect the anointing to effect change
