All Peoples Church uses photographs, videos and voice recordings and other similar media of minors and adults, for many purposes. These materials may appear in print, on our website (as photos, videos, or other forms), our social media accounts, in emails, as well as in presentations and gatherings of All Peoples Church and its partner/affiliated Christian ministries.

All Peoples Church reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any service or event sponsored by All Peoples Church, without the expressed written permission of those in attendance.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian.

A person attending All Peoples Church who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the camera operator, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact All Peoples Church in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. All Peoples Church will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in an All Peoples Church service or event or by failing to notify All Peoples Church, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by All Peoples Church, you are agreeing to expressly release All Peoples Church (including Trustees, Pastors, Staff and Congregation) from any and all claims which you may have for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, copyright infringement or any other causes of action arising out of the use, adaptation, reproduction, distribution, broadcast or exhibition of such photographs, videos, voice recordings and the like.

Any person or organization not affiliated with All Peoples Church may not use, copy, alter or modify All Peoples Church photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized person from All Peoples Church.
