Receiving God's Guidance - Knowing God's Will - Hearing God's Voice

God has promised to reveal His will for us, to lead and guide us. Every believer can know God's will for their lives. We can learn to receive guidance from God, through His Word and through the leading of the Holy Spirit. We can learn how to be led by the Spirit of God. The Lord Jesus stated 'my sheep hear my voice'. Every believer can learn how to hear the voice of God. God speaks to us through His Word. The Holy Spirit bears witness with our spirit. God also speaks to us through dreams and visions, and through other ways. In this sermon series we share several ways by which we can receive God's guidance for our lives. We also share several personal stories that help illustrate these. You will learn how to hear from God and receive His guidance, and be led by the Holy Spirit, so you can fulfill God's purposes for your life. In Part-1 of Receiving God's Guidance we understand that God is very interested in our lives, very interested in the steps we take, the path we choose, and the decisions we make. We learn that we can know God's will accurately. We discover how God guides us through His written Word. In Part-2 of Receiving God's Guidance we discuss in detail how the Holy Spirit leads the believer through the inner witness and through the voice of the Spirit. A very important message for every believer. In Part-3 of Receiving God's Guidance we discuss how God leads us through dreams, visions, prophecies and angelic visitations. We need to be open to these and learn how to correctly test and receive what God would be saying to us through these means of divine guidance. In Part-4 of Receiving God's Guidance we consider how God uses godly counsel and the renewed mind in helping us receive His guidance in our lives. In Part-5 of Receiving God's Guidance we consider how understanding times and seasons help us receive God's direction and know God's will for our lives. We also discuss how God guides us by divinely orchestrating circumstances and situations for us. In Part-6 of Receiving God's Guidance we share practical steps on how we walk with God so we are consistently in a place where we hear from Him, know God's will and follow His leading.
