Thank you so much for journeying with us through this week, as we consider the word of the Lord for 2024: conquer through faith, take your Jericho’s, subdue your adversaries. I want to close with presenting this truth that victory is yours. The bible tells us in 1 John chapter 5, verse 4, ‘For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith.’ God has declared us as overcomers, right from the very beginning, we are born of God and we are born to overcome, that is who we are, we are overcomers. Whoever is born of God is an overcomer. You are an overcomer and you gain victory through your faith. Victory is yours! So, even before you engage in your battle, even before you go into battle, God has said that victory is yours, that you are an overcomer. So, you operate from that place of faith in God, saying God, I know that victory is mine, I know you are going to bring me through and so, I engage in battle, I fight the good fight of faith knowing that victory is mine because I am born of God, I’m an overcomer and my faith in God will see me through to victory and my God will see me through to victory because God’s word says that He always causes us to triumph. As you journey through 2024, you are determined to conquer, you are going to conquer by faith, take your Jericho’s, subdue your adversaries, and build strong faith into your spirit and you are doing all of this knowing that victory is yours. It is a matter of time and God will cause you to triumph, He will bring you into your place of inheritance, He will bring you in to subdue your adversaries and possess His promises. So, keep fighting knowing that victory is yours. Let’s pray, Father, we thank you for this week that we could spend time in your word. We pray with each person who has been listening and receiving your word, we ask that in 2024, as we journey forward together, that we will see great victories, we will conquer through faith, we will take our Jericho’s and subdue our adversaries, in Jesus’s mighty name, Amen.
