As humans, we all fall into temptation and sin. We get angry and hurt others, speak hurtful words and put people down. We let our feelings and emotions control us. But Jesus in Matthew chapter 5 verse 5 says that those who let go of anger and hurt are blessed with joy and happiness.

When we exercise gentleness and self control, we will experience wonderful things taking place in our lives through the blessings that come from our heavenly Father as He has promised.
