Daily Devotional church in Bangalore

Daily Devotions for Spirit Filled Living

God's Word is spiritual food and nourishment. The Bible uses many metaphors: bread, milk, meat, food, water, honey, seed, rain, light, lamp, gold, sword, etc. for itself. God's Word is the basis for our faith. It is God's power at work in our lives. As you receive God's Word expect to receive wisdom and guidance. Expect to be healed, delivered, transformed. Expect God's supernatural power to work miracles in your life. His Word never return void or unfulfilled.

Each daily devotion is about five minutes in duration. We have intentionally developed the daily devotions around a weekly theme. So there are seven days of daily devotions that focus on the theme and bring you insight, understanding and revelation from the Bible. Each week's theme is listed as a series. So you can listen to the current week's daily devotions or go to any previous theme/series that speaks to your present need.

You can watch the video or download and listen to the audio. Almost all daily devotions end with a prayer. You can access these from this page as well as from the Home page of this website.

All our daily devotions are also available on our free church App for you to listen on your mobile device. Download our free church App from App or Google Play stores. Search for "All Peoples Church Bangalore".

Greetings and thank you for this entire week, thank you for the privilege of being able to speak to you day after day, its an honor to be able to take these few moments, to share the word of God and pray and trust that as God’s word gets settled in you, you are strengthened and you live victorious, overcoming lives as you journey with God.

Today, I want to remind us that that the Bible teaches us in 2 Corinthians chapter 5 and verse 7 that ‘we walk by faith and not by sight.’ The life we are called to live, we are called to live by faith in God. That means, in every situation and circumstance, you and I choose to operate from a place of faith in God. We do have our intelligence, our mind that God has given to us, we have resources that God has made available to us, we’ve got the tools and all of the things, but as we make use of the knowledge, the tools, the resources, our position is a place of faith in God. Whatever you are doing, you may be a student, a professional, a homemaker, you are of course using your mind, you are using the abilities, the talents and resources God has given to you, and you are engaging in your area of work and responsibility in life. As you go about all of that, your place before God is a place of faith. That means God I believe what you have spoken concerning me, concerning what I am doing, I believe that and even as I give my energy, my time , my effort, my mind, my intelligence and put my resources into all of that, God wants us to be good stewards and we must use all of that but while we are doing that, our faith is in the promise of God. God said He will bless me and al the works of my hands, God said I’m blessed coming in and going out, God said He will meet all my need according to His riches, God said by His stripes I have been healed, God said, I will be like a tree planted by rivers of water and whatever I do, will prosper. The word of God becomes a dominating factor, and you are operating out of that place of believing what God has spoken, that is walking by faith. The bible says, the just shall live by faith. We live our life, from a place of faith in God. So, whatever we have learnt in the last two weeks of having faith in God, is something we do all the time, not occasionally, not now and then, but it is normative, it is the way we live, we live by faith.

Let’s pray, Father, we ask, that you will help us, in everything that we do, to operate from a place of faith in God, believing the word that you’ve already spoken, thank you, in Jesus’s name, Amen.
