Daily Devotions for Spirit Filled Living

God's Word is spiritual food and nourishment. The Bible uses many metaphors: bread, milk, meat, food, water, honey, seed, rain, light, lamp, gold, sword, etc. for itself. God's Word is the basis for our faith. It is God's power at work in our lives. As you receive God's Word expect to receive wisdom and guidance. Expect to be healed, delivered, transformed. Expect God's supernatural power to work miracles in your life. His Word never return void or unfulfilled.

Each daily devotion is about five minutes in duration. We have intentionally developed the daily devotions around a weekly theme. So there are seven days of daily devotions that focus on the theme and bring you insight, understanding and revelation from the Bible. Each week's theme is listed as a series. So you can listen to the current week's daily devotions or go to any previous theme/series that speaks to your present need.

You can watch the video or download and listen to the audio. Almost all daily devotions end with a prayer. You can access these from this page as well as from the Home page of this website.

All our daily devotions are also available on our free church App for you to listen on your mobile device. Download our free church App from App or Google Play stores. Search for "All Peoples Church Bangalore".

Hi everyone, welcome to Living Supernaturally. Thank you once again for this opportunity to spend time in God’s word and a few moments in prayer as well. Today, we will talk about Mathew chapter 28, verse 20, ‘Surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.’ As people, we can never see the future. It is easy to be overwhelmed with despair and fear in a world of today. Sin, war, cancer, sicknesses steal our hope, our joy and sometimes cause us to doubt about a good future. People are nervous about the future these days especially with the global economy tethering, moving from way to another, they are not confident about the job market, will it improve? Will there be inflation? But as Christians, we are promised a future that depends on something far better than economics or politics. The Lord over the universe, Jesus Christ promises that He is always with us. God doesn’t live in time and as a result, He sees the end from the very beginning and knows the outcome of our lives. His thoughts towards us are good to give us an expectant end. Our attitude hence towards whatever we find in life should be knowing that God is aways with us and our future is already settled. Remember God told Abraham, ‘So shall thy seed be’, pointing his thoughts to the direction of his future. He spoke to Abraham about his countless children. Abraham didn’t even have a son yet. However, the word of God gave Abraham sight. Thus, he was not perturbed because he saw the end. The word of God says the paths of the righteous is a shining light that shines brighter and brighter unto perfection, that refers to us today, what a consolation to know that no matter what our today is or what our tomorrow will be because the word of God is with you, we can trust in Jesus. As the disciples were getting the last glimpses of Jesus, they were not sure what life would be like after He left them. Matthew tells us that some of them doubted even when they saw Him face to face. Jesus put their doubts about Him and their future to rest by assuring that through faith in Him, He would secure their future. He said, I am with you through the very end of age. In other words, their worries and concerns would not necessarily go away but His followers needed to base their trust and promises in the savior alone. What does that mean for us today? Three ways that we can focus on the future. If we are to focus on the future, we let go off the past, we need to trust God with our present, set our plans aside and seek God’s pans. Let’s pray, Father, we thank you for your word and for teaching us today that we can completely put our trust in you and know that you are always with us even to this very day and you know the end from the beginning. Even when we don’t understand, help us to put our trust in you, we thank you, in Jesus’s name we pray, Amen.
