Promises For Financial Provision - All Needs Will Be Supplied (Daily Devotional)

Greetings and thank you so much for journeying with us throughout this week. Today is our last day and we have been looking at scriptures that remind us of God’s promise for financial provision.

Today, we are going to look at a very well-known passage in Philippians chapter 4, verse 19. As the apostle Paul acknowledges the blessings that the believers at Philippi had sent to him, he sends back to them this powerful assurance, he says, ‘And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.’ Of course, this is a promise that is for all of us as God’s people. God will supply for all our needs. When we are confronted with needs, our response must be, my God will supply for all my needs according to His riches in glory through Jesus Christ, meaning according to what He’s got. God’s supply in our lives is not defined by what people around us have. God’s provision in our life is not defined by whom we know or what we have access to here on earth. God’s provision in our lives is defined and described by His riches in glory that He has made available through us in Jesus Christ. God’s assurance is He will supply for all of our needs. It is up to us to believe that, walk in it, trust and declare that over our lives and say, this is the way it is going to be in my life, that my God will supply for all my needs according to His riches in glory through Jesus Christ. I’m walking in God’s provision for my life. I’m walking in God’s overflowing, abundant supply in my life which means that in each and every day, I walk in God’s abundance and overflowing provision. Lack is not a part of my life. Want is not a part of my life because the Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want, that is the assurance we should have and that is what we should walk in according to the scriptures.

Let’s pray, Father, we ask that every word you have spoken be fulfilled in each of our lives, that we experience daily that our God is supplying in abundance for all of our needs, according to His riches in glory through Jesus Christ, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
