Daily Devotional church in Bangalore

Daily Devotions for Spirit Filled Living

God's Word is spiritual food and nourishment. The Bible uses many metaphors: bread, milk, meat, food, water, honey, seed, rain, light, lamp, gold, sword, etc. for itself. God's Word is the basis for our faith. It is God's power at work in our lives. As you receive God's Word expect to receive wisdom and guidance. Expect to be healed, delivered, transformed. Expect God's supernatural power to work miracles in your life. His Word never return void or unfulfilled.

Each daily devotion is about five minutes in duration. We have intentionally developed the daily devotions around a weekly theme. So there are seven days of daily devotions that focus on the theme and bring you insight, understanding and revelation from the Bible. Each week's theme is listed as a series. So you can listen to the current week's daily devotions or go to any previous theme/series that speaks to your present need.

You can watch the video or download and listen to the audio. Almost all daily devotions end with a prayer. You can access these from this page as well as from the Home page of this website.

All our daily devotions are also available on our free church App for you to listen on your mobile device. Download our free church App from App or Google Play stores. Search for "All Peoples Church Bangalore".

Hello and welcome to Living Supernaturally. It is indeed a privilege for us to be walking with the Lord, to be looking into the word of God, find those instructions for life and godliness and so relevant for practical living. As we look into the word of God, we see that God desires for us to walk just like He did, to minister in the way He did and to share the gospel with power. One of the ways in which we do that is through signs, wonders, and miracles and when we minster in healing either for ourselves or for others and when we do it in power and God desires for us to do that. We see that the healing is not in a method but is in the person of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the healer. It is not a formula or method, it is about Jesus, and He is the healer, and we walk with Him. In the bible, we see that there are many ways by which healing is ministered and one of them is through our personal faith in God. When we look at Proverbs chapter 4, verses 20-22, it says, ‘My son, give attention to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart form your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart; for they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh.’ In other words, God’s word is health to our flesh, it is medicine for our body. When we mediate on His word, and fix our heart on His word, we receive faith. When this faith that comes form God’s word, is mixed with the word that we receive, then God releases His power to heal, and to do the supernatural works. When people approached Jesus for healing, in Mathew chapter 9, verse 29, it says, ‘Then He touched their eyes, saying, “According to your faith let it be to you.”’ When we approach the Lord, we do so with faith in His word to heal, we do so, knowing that it is His will to heal. We can express our personal faith in God and faith can be released in these ways; when we believe and when we speak in faith. We see in Mark chapter 11, verse 23, this is how faith is released, when we believe in our heart, we speak to that mountain it will be moved. So, we believe, and we speak. Also, when we believe in our heart and when we act, meaning we take a step of faith, we do something in line with our faith, then we can express our faith. When we believe and when we speak and act, then faith is released, this is bible-based faith, so faith in God’s word is not presumption, and when we do that, we can see for ourselves that our personal faith in God results in healing. So, today when you come to God, let’s believe that He is who He says He is. Let us build our faith by reading, mediating on His word, declaring, believing and confessing His word and acting on His word. May we see our sick bodies and minds healed for His glory. Let’s pray, Father, we thank you, that you have called us to this, to minister in healing the way you did, you want us to walk in your footsteps. Even as we do that, we pray that you will focus on your word, fill ourselves with your word, mediate on your word and even as we put our faith in you, may we see people being healed and delivered for your glory, in Jesus’s matchless name we pray, Amen.
