Daily Devotions for Spirit Filled Living
God's Word is spiritual food and nourishment. The Bible uses many metaphors: bread, milk, meat, food, water, honey, seed, rain, light, lamp, gold, sword, etc. for itself. God's Word is the basis for our faith. It is God's power at work in our lives. As you receive God's Word expect to receive wisdom and guidance. Expect to be healed, delivered, transformed. Expect God's supernatural power to work miracles in your life. His Word never return void or unfulfilled.
Each daily devotion is about five minutes in duration. We have intentionally developed the daily devotions around a weekly theme. So there are seven days of daily devotions that focus on the theme and bring you insight, understanding and revelation from the Bible. Each week's theme is listed as a series. So you can listen to the current week's daily devotions or go to any previous theme/series that speaks to your present need.

Greetings! and thank you for tuning in and joining us today on our daily devotion. This week we've been taking time each day to look at the Word of the Lord and what are the practical things that you and I need to be doing, to pursue the Word of the Lord for 2022- go take your mountain, conquer your giants, and occupy your inheritance. Whatever God has spoken to you and whatever God has put in your heart is God's assignment for you, it is God saying that is yours and we need to pursue and go take our mountain. So, we've been following the action that Caleb took in Joshua chapter 14 verses six through 15 and now he went, and he took his mountain and we've been talking about various aspects of that. Today, I want to bring our attention to Joshua the 14th chapter, verse 11, what Caleb says to Joshua, he says, I am as strong today as I was 40 years ago when God spoke to Moses. Think about this, 40 years of detour, 40 years of waiting, 40 years of delay and that did not diminish his passion, his desire to occupy the land that God said is yours, that didn't take it away. And Caleb says, I am as strong today as I was 40 years ago. So, here's the next action that I want to present to us, that as we prepare to go take our mountain, as we prepare to conquer our giants, and occupy our inheritance, we must keep ourselves strong, strengthen yourself in God, feed yourself with the word of God, pray in the Holy Ghost, make yourself strong in God because you are now getting ready to occupy the land that God said is yours. You're getting ready to get into other things that God has assigned for your life. You're getting ready to go take your mountain, to go and be what God wants you to be and do what God wants you to do, the things that he has assigned for your life, we are getting ready for it. One very important thing, keep yourself strong. Let's pray, Father, we ask that you help keep ourselves strong spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and in every way so that we will be ready to go take our mountain, strengthen us by your Spirit, give us wisdom, in Jesus’s name, Amen.
