Daily Devotional church in Bangalore

Daily Devotions for Spirit Filled Living

God's Word is spiritual food and nourishment. The Bible uses many metaphors: bread, milk, meat, food, water, honey, seed, rain, light, lamp, gold, sword, etc. for itself. God's Word is the basis for our faith. It is God's power at work in our lives. As you receive God's Word expect to receive wisdom and guidance. Expect to be healed, delivered, transformed. Expect God's supernatural power to work miracles in your life. His Word never return void or unfulfilled.

Each daily devotion is about five minutes in duration. We have intentionally developed the daily devotions around a weekly theme. So there are seven days of daily devotions that focus on the theme and bring you insight, understanding and revelation from the Bible. Each week's theme is listed as a series. So you can listen to the current week's daily devotions or go to any previous theme/series that speaks to your present need.

You can watch the video or download and listen to the audio. Almost all daily devotions end with a prayer. You can access these from this page as well as from the Home page of this website.

All our daily devotions are also available on our free church App for you to listen on your mobile device. Download our free church App from App or Google Play stores. Search for "All Peoples Church Bangalore".

Hello and welcome to Living Supernaturally, we hope you've been enjoying your time in the word daily and there's nothing like the presence of God and there's nothing like the word of God to take us into all truth and truth sets us free. We've been we've been studying about the Great Exchange that the cross has to offer or the Lord Jesus has to offer on the cross and this is not like some exchange offer where you trade in something old and you get something and you're not satisfied with it. This is something of eternal value and it has value here on earth and also for all eternity. So, today what we are looking at is that this great exchange offer in Christ, through the cross is that we have been accepted. So there is acceptance that is given to us as a free gift in place of rejection. So, we see that this is offered to us, this is extended to us and we can only receive it by grace, we can receive it through faith. We look At Ephesians chapter 1 and verse 4 it says, ‘just as he chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love.’ We go down to verse 6 it says ‘to the praise of the glory of His grace by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.’ We are accepted in the Beloved you know there could be reasons for rejection, reasons like lack of experience, lack of education, lack of finances, lack of qualification maybe and for all these reasons we could be rejected in various environments and by various people we could be rejected. When we come to God, the Bible says that yes we were all under sin, we had fallen short of the glory of God, rejected and destined for an eternity away from God but because of the cross, because of the grace that was extended, that is today being extended to us because of the Cross, we have been accepted and so today as a believer, maybe you have fallen short of the glory of God, as a believer we might have stumbled, we might have slipped, we might have backslidden and saying I am rejected but take heart because He has chosen you for a greater purpose and a greater destiny and you and I, we are accepted in the Beloved today. So, the thing to do is to get back to Him, get back to the source of life, get back to Him who's offering this acceptance in place of rejection. So, we might be battling with rejection in our minds, we might be battling with rejection and doing some things to feel accepted, overextending ourselves to be accepted by people and maybe we are doing the same thing with God, we're saying God I will do this, I will do this, I will punish myself, I will beat myself up and hopefully I will be accepted by you but the Lord is saying no, this acceptance by Him is by grace so which means that we cannot earn it with our good performance or righteous living but it is by grace which means we receive it through faith and receive it gratefully. So, today let's pray and just receive this grace into our lives and walk with our head held high because He has accepted us. Let's pray, Father, we thank you for the gift of righteousness, we thank you for this great exchange that in place of rejection, we have received acceptance and we have been accepted by the Most High God so the opinion of man does not matter. God, we pray that today that we will put all of all the lies of the enemy, all the thoughts of rejection aside and we would walk with our head held high because we have been accepted by the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, we thank you for this, in Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
