How do we nurture, mentor, and build people spiritually? How do we work with multiple generations to ensure that the revelation and anointing given to one generation is passed on successfully? How do we build succeeding generations of leaders? What are Biblical principles to receiving grace, anointing, and impartation from another leader? Can you buy someone's gift and anointing by giving financially to their ministry? Does everyone need a Moses or a Paul? Do you go to God through Moses, Paul or Jesus Christ? Should you have only one mentor or can you have many fathers and mothers in the faith who can invest into your life? Is there such a thing as "spiritual covering" in the Bible? How can we avoid repeating the mistakes and abuses of spiritual mentoring that the Church has previously endured?
