2024 Year in Review: Ministry & Financial Data Report
Dear APC Church Family & Friends,
Trust you had a blessed time this Christmas season!
It is always a joy to look back at the end of each year and thank the Lord for all the wonderful things He has done. We are grateful for every opportunity given to us to serve Him, serve His people and bless the lives of those around us. Our desire is to re-present Him accurately to those in the church, the city, the nation, and the nations.
As a church we continue to stay focused on our Biblical mandate to make disciples (Matthew 28:19), to nurture every believer into Christlikeness (Ephesians 4:11-13) and to equip God's people for the work of the ministry. At APC every believer is a minister!
A big thank you to all our staff, pastors, volunteers and to all of you who are part of what God is doing at APC!
We like to look at data as it gives us an understanding of where we are, areas where we need to improve and a clear assessment of our work. We would also like to share this with our congregation and those whom we serve, as an expression of our accountability to you.

NEW INTIATIVES IN 2024
In addition to all our ongoing ministry efforts, some of the new initiatives in 2024 included:
- Launching a new version of the APC Church App
- An amazing Easter Production “Not Forgotten”
- Releasing 2 short films through APC Studio
- Starting a 10:30am service at APC North
- A first-ever APC choir musical production “This Jesus of Mine” on Dec 15
- Resuming our extended times of worship by hosting Upper Room worship night
- Resuming our collaboration with Emmanuel Hospital Association (EHA) to explore the possibility of involvement at Lakhnadon Christian Hospital, Madhya Pradesh

Live stream average attendance: 208 (215) concurrent viewers from several countries.
During 2024 we had about 1194 (1058) First Time Visitors attend our English services. We saw at least 91 (54) people make first-time decisions/recommitments to Jesus during our English services (based on decision cards). At APC Bangalore we saw 42 (28) water baptisms and welcomed 66 (51) individuals as new members in 2024.
APC Bangalore has 43 (40) Life Groups with about 360 (338) people (adults) attending Life Groups.
SPIRITUAL LIFE OF THE CHURCH
The teaching ministry during 2024 addressed several topics of importance including: sermon series on Faith, a sermon series on being Led by the Spirit, sermon series on God and Culture (art, creativity, science, gendered ideology), sermon series on the theme "Jesus is Here", book study of Acts of the Apostles, sermon series on End Times Bible Prophecy, and several individual messages.
Similarly, the Children's Church, Teen Church and Youth Ministry focused on nurturing people in each of these age groups, establishing them in God's Word, welcoming more of the Spirit's work, and building fellowship and community. The extended times of prayer (30 days, 5 days) during the year, Financial planning workshops and monthly Weekend Schools were well attended. In addition, we held several conferences and events (listed below) throughout the year to serve the church community.

MEMBER CARE
Generosity Fund assists people at APC in their time of financial need. ₹ 4,52,000/- was disbursed through 2024.Chrysalis Counseling provides professional, Bible-based counseling for those within the church community as well as from outside. In 2024, we had 190 (257) individuals receive counseling ministry. We had 14 (10) new couples go through APC’s Marriage Preparation Course. Additionally, 8 (86) couples received marriage counseling through Chrysalis. (Please note, this count does not include individuals and couples who meet directly with APC pastors for pastoral counseling, mentoring, and nurture.)
Life Coaching is designed to assist people in the church community in areas of spiritual nurture, profession & career, business, marriage & family, and life skills. We have 42 (57) people available as mentors. In 2024, 43 (40) people received mentoring through the Life Coaching program.
APC MISSIONS AND OUTREACH CHURCHES
APC Missions serves to share with the Church throughout India the blessings and grace that God has
generously poured out on us. Through APC Missions Teams, we conduct a variety of initiatives including
Weekend Schools, conferences, workshops, youth events, worship concerts, medical missions, and other
outreach activities, both at APC Outreach Churches and various locations across India.
In 2024, we ministered at Kohima (Nagaland), Sendhwa (Madhya Pradesh), Charkani (Rajasthan), Berhampur (Odisha), Kalyan (Maharashtra), and Mangalore (Karnataka). A total of 29 individuals from APC traveled on various missions trips.
We hosted our second Youth Missions Conference in Secunderabad (Telangana) to envision young people for Missions. The conference was attended by 300 young people, including 112 who were under the age of 30. We had youth from 14 churches across 14 states in India.
APC has 12 Outreach Churches, and some of these have additional branch churches in their areas. Outreach churches include:
- Mangalore, Karnataka (95 people) and Dareleketta, Mangalore (22 people)
- Kalyan, Maharashtra (150 people)
- Nashik, Maharashtra (70 people)
- Berhampur, Orissa (85 people)
- Baloda Bazar, Chhattisgarh (150 people) and Pachpeedi, Chhattisgarh (25 people)
- Kohima, Nagaland (120 people)
- Shahanshahpur, Uttar Pradesh (350 people)
- Benipur, Uttar Pradesh (120 people)
- Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh (400 people)

We support 16 people as part of APC Outreach Ministry.

APC Medical Missions: We resumed active discussions with Emmanuel Hospital Association (EHA) to explore how APC could partner with EHA to help serve one of its hospitals (Lakhnadon Christian Hospital, Seoni district, Madhya Pradesh). A team of 3 people spent 5 days on a site visit to understand the needs and the opportunities. We will be moving forward with this project in 2025.
APC BIBLE COLLEGE
APC’s Bible College is another important part of our ministry through which we equip people across our nation and other nations for Christian ministry. Students have the option to study in-person on campus, online, and via our E-Learning portal. We currently have 47 (29) students from 20 Indian states on-campus and 85 (60) students studying online. We have 2775 (2560) students from 112 (103) countries engaging with our lectures via our E-Learning portal.83 students from 13 Indian states graduated from the Short Term Bible College (May-July) 2024.

APC BOOKS
Another very important part of the ministry of APC is its books that are freely distributed in print as well as digitally. APC’s books are available in 14 languages.Printed Books Distribution
48,356 books were sent to individual book requests. A total of 65,472 books were sent to graduating
students at Bible Colleges across India.
A total of 84,310 books were sent to 15 different conferences/seminars hosted by other Christian
organizations across India.
47,093 books were distributed through Christian book stores around India.
82,366 books were distributed through APC Churches, Conferences, and Events around India.
This amounts to a total of 3,27,597 printed books distributed in 2024.

MEDIA AND TECHNOLOGY
Media and technology are an important part of extending our reach to the nations.
The video production of our Sunday services continues to serve people who watch either
live or the recording of the Sunday services.
APC’s resources, including the Sunday sermons, sermon notes, books, audio books, etc., made freely
available through our church website are accessed by people globally!
In 2024,

Church App: 2,350 active devices in 176 countries / regions (iOs + Android) Our media and technology teams also support our Bible college and all internal church administrative and management processes.
APC MUSIC
About 54 people currently serve as part of our worship team in Bangalore.
In addition to leading us in worship at the Sunday services and other times, the worship team works on
writing and producing original compositions.
In 2024, APC Music produced 3 songs. We spent ₹ 9,25,279/- to produce
these new songs in 2024.
APC STUDIO
APC Studio’s objective is to produce high-quality short films to nurture urban children, teens, and
youth in God’s Word, addressing real-life issues.
In 2024, we released 2 short films with a production cost of ₹
16,10,410.
There is a lot of learning to be done in this ministry area, and we trust that we can make a major
impact using this medium for Christian ministry.
BUILD TO IMPACT PROJECT
The Build To Impact project for establishing APC’s world outreach and equipping center is in progress.
In 2024, All Peoples Church completed the purchase of a 3.27-acre property in
Devanahalli, Bangalore district, at a cost of ₹ 8,80,00,000/-.
Work on change of land use for religious purposes is currently in progress. Following this, we will move
into receiving approvals for the construction phase.

STAFF, CONSULTANTS AND VOLUNTEERS
As of December 2024, APC has 39 (29) full-time paid staff and 24 (19)
people as paid consultants.
Across all APC Bangalore locations, we have about 350 people who serve as volunteers
(55 people as volunteers at Mangalore).
LOOKING AHEAD
As we continue our journey of being salt and light in our city, a voice to our nation, and to the
nations, our focus areas include:
- (A) strengthen the local church for greater intimacy with God and experience of God’s miracle-working power.
- (B) initiate outreaches to reach people in our city with the Gospel.
- (C) strengthen our current ministries to serve the local church community better.
- (D) strategically implement Church Planting & Ministry Accelerator Program across our nation, initiating church plants and ministries.
- (E) leverage technology in missions to bring God’s word to people globally,
- (F) establish APC World Missions to empower APC Bible College graduates to establish churches and ministries globally,
- (G) construction of APC’s campus at Devanahalli, Bengaluru.
