Promises For Divine Protection - His Angels Stand Guard (Daily Devotional)

Greetings and thank you for joining us today on our daily devotional. It is always our joy to come to you and spend these few moments in the word of God and prayer. This week, we are looking at God’s promises for our protection. For some of us fear of accidents, calamities and what people may do to us and trouble and so on can be quite daunting for some of us. We need to be in a place where we are totally free from all fear of harm and danger knowing that God will protect us. So, we are looking at scriptures that bring us that assurance. Today, we are going to look at some verses from Psalm chapter 34, verse 4 says, ‘I sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.’ May God deliver us from all our fears. We don’t have to live in fear. Verse 7 says, ‘The angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear Him, and delivers them.’ There is angelic protection for us. Verse 17 says, ‘The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.’ Verse 19 says, ‘Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the Lord delivers him out of them all.’ All these scriptures tell us that there maybe troubles and afflictions around us, but God delivers, protects, brings us out of the situations and delivers us from all our fears and the angel of God encamps around us and protects us. That is our confidence that we are divinely protected, that God delivers us and we live fear free (free from fear), we live like that because we know the God of heaven protects us. He has got His angels around us keeping us and we have that confidence and assurance.

Let’s pray, Father, we thank you that you protect us, your angels are on assignment for our lives, they guard and keep us. In our coming in and going out, you are watching over our lives, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
